We had an excellent experience with Rawlings Floor Covering. We worked with Mark to select our new kitchen floor and backsplash tiles, and he was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
Mark showed us a wide variety of colors and styles and even ordered samples of tiles we had found online so we could see them in person before making our final decision. He coordinated the demolition of our old floor and scheduled the installation of both our new floor and backsplash.
When we unexpectedly needed to change the backsplash installation date, Mark was able to adjust the installer's schedule and accommodate us without causing a lengthy delay. His flexibility and outstanding customer service made the entire renovation process much less stressful.
This is not our first experience with Rawlings Floor Covering. They have also installed hardwood flooring and carpeting in our home, and every project has been completed professionally and with excellent workmanship.

We recently had water damage in our finished basement from a defective leaking water meter. After the water damage was mitigated, Rawlings Floor Coverings came to replace the rug pad that had been damaged.
Rawlings worked quickly and efficiently to get the pad down but then discovered the carpet was delaminated and unsalvageable.  Rawlings’ competent rug installer spoke by phone to our insurance adjuster to inform him of this.
We have previously used and have been very satisfied with Rawlings Floor Coverings for carpet purchase and installation, and for repairing and replacing hardwood floor damage. Wonderful carpet, lots of different price points and we were very happy with the result. They did our stairs and the main sleeping floor - moving all beds and large furniture as they went. They even bound our remnant carpet into a door mat for free. Friendly and knowledge.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish! This was a large project, most of the first floor, and we were living here during the work, and we had been dreading it. Our floor was changed from wall to wall to beautiful, Maine grown hardwood, and the demo team were so efficient and neat in their work, it was honestly impressive! Somehow they removed and cleaned up everything in one day. Next, our installer, Peter, came in and began laying the subfloor and hardwood, and he was amazing, precise, friendly, and did a stunning job.
